To start this quest get to Daniel Steelsoul in Edron. You will find him in the castle in the middle of Edron, you can see the location of him on this map:
Talk with him like this:
You: Hi
Daniel Steelsoul: Greetings and Banor be with you, player!
You: Mission
Daniel Steelsoul: Very good, we need heroes like you to go on a suici.....er....to earn respect of the authorities here AND in addition get a great reward for it. Are you interested in the job?
You: Yes
Daniel Steelsoul: Very well, maybe you know that the orcs here in Edron learnt to raise giant spiders. It is going to become a serious threat. ...
Daniel Steelsoul: The mission is simple: go to the orcs and destroy all spider eggs that are hatched by the giant spider they have managed to catch. The orcs are located in the south of the western part of the island.

Now you will need to get to the Giant Spider place in the Edron Orc Cave. Follow this map (in this case from Edron depot):
Now if you went down follow this map and go down by the sewer gate.
Continue by going southwest like this:
Now after you roped up yourself continue like this map shows:
Now you will need to get to the underground. So you will need to follow this map (Snakes, Poison Spiders, Orcs, Orc Spearmen and Orc Warriors on the way):
After you went down there might be a stone blocking the way. Use the switch to remove it. At this floor you will meet Poison Spiders, Orcs, Orc Spearmen and Orc Warriors. Follow this map:
Now after you went down you will have to follow this map (Orcs, Orc Spearmen, Orc Warriors and possibly an Orc Berserker):
At the next floor there will be Orcs, Orc Spearmen, Orc Warriors, alot Orc Shamans and some Orc Berserkers. It might be good to use GFBs or another area spell/rune. Follow this map:
After you went down you will meet Orc Spearmen, Orc Warriors, 2 Orc Leaders. You will also meet Poison Spiders, Orc Shamans and Orc Berserkers later. Follow this map:
Down the ramp there will be a Giant Spider. After you killed it check for spider silks hanging on the wall. Behind 4 of the spider silks there will be 4 Spider Eggs. Destroy each spider silk by hitting few times with any melee weapon (you can always find melee weapons on the ground or in Orcs). After that you will need to "use" on the Spider Egg. A Giant Spider will get summoned.
Destroy all 4 eggs and kill the 4 Giant Spiders. Now return to Daniel Steelsoul and talk with him like this:
You: Hi
Daniel Steelsoul: Greetings and Banor be with you, player!
You: Mission
Daniel Steelsoul: What? YOU DID IT?!?! That's...that's...er.... like I expected!! Here is your reward.
You: Bye
