Quest guide (spoiler)

The first thing you will need to do is getting Piece of Draconian Steel by trading Dragon Shield for it at Sweaty Cyclops. But before you do it you will need to make him a favour (you will need 3 Bast Skirts). To get to him you will need to follow the next maps and descriptions. First of all you will need to open the hole and go down, here (you will need a scythe to cut the wheat):

After you went up you will need to go up 4 times. You will reach A Sweaty Cyclops now. Talk with him like this:
