To start this quest get to Ahmet (equipment NPC) in Ankrahmun. He's at floor +1 of the building marked with a black circle on this map:

Ahmet: Of course you do! Go hunt down the thieves and bring back the stuff they have stolen from me. ...
Ahmet: I saw them running out of town and then to the north. Maybe they hide at the oasis.
You: Bye

Now get to the oasis north of Ankrahmun, it's marked by the lightblue circle on the map above. Take the loot from the hidden chest.
